Through its CBDMEDIC™ portfolio, Abacus’ patent-pending technologies deliver over OTC topicals with active pharmaceutical ingredients to target specific pain relief need states. The CBD CLINIC™ portfolio of pain-relieving massage oils, ointments, and creams sold exclusively to licensed health practitioners. Abacus also has a leading position in the OTC personal care category through their Harmony Hemp brand.

This announcement is just the first step in the process. We expect to complete the transaction in the second quarter, subject to meeting closing conditions, which include regulatory approvals. Until that time, it is business as usual for us – providing you great service and the delivery of safe products right to your door.
