Have you seen our new line of CBD topicals? We’re celebrating the goodness of nature with six new hemp extract formulations for your skin. In addition to reformulating our existing products, we’ve introduced new topicals to create a complete selection of topical CBD products for our family of customers: CBD Creams, CBD Balms, CBD Balm Sticks, Cooling Gels with CBD, and Lavender Hemp-Infused Roll-Ons. 

New and Improved Formula 

Our complete line of Topicals now contain more CBD per ounce. Our previous topicals had 120mg of CBD per ounce, and our new topical each have 300mg of CBD per ounce. This is about 50% more than many other topicals currently available in the market. In most cases the total amount of CBD in the product is even more--for example, the new CBD Balm in the 1.5-ounce size has 450mg of Plant-Based Cannabinoids on the label.

All topicals are formulated without Parabens or PEGs, Synthetic Fragrances, Artificial colors or dyes, Sulfates, GMOs, Sodium Acrylates Copolymer, Carbomer, Shark derived Squalene and Betaine. There is no animal testing and they are free of 8 major allergens.  

New Product Labeling 

On each topical offered by Charlotte’s Web you will see how many ounces it contains, and you will see the term “Full Spectrum Plant Extract” and “Plant-Based Cannabinoids.”

Full Spectrum Plant Extract

The packaging says, “Full Spectrum Plant Extract” because our topicals are derived from the goodness of mother nature, and we strive to keep the full profile of natural hemp-derived compounds. It's more than just CBD. This includes other cannabinoids, terpenes, fatty acids, and plant matter. Full spectrum retains the natural profile as seen in nature.

Plant-Based Cannabinoids

You will also see on the package label the term “Plant-Based Cannabinoids" which refers to how much CBD is in the product. CBD (Cannabidiol) is believed to be the primary active compound in hemp; however, it is documented that the supporting compounds play an important role in the wellness benefits.

CBD Creams

The cream is formulated with Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Oat Extract and Sea Buckthorn oil to nourish and moisturize the skin. Because there is so much more hemp extract in it there will be a slight greenish tint to it. This botanical formula goes on smooth over larger areas of the body. It is good for those who have sensitive skin and is perfect for giving a back massage.

CBD Balms

In addition to menthol, the balms have Peppermint oil, Turmeric oil, and Ginger oil. This is good for use any time of the day and is designed to target specific areas of the body that need a little extra care like your knuckles and knees.

CBD Balm Sticks

The balm stick is stiffer compared to the balm in the tin. It allows for an easy and cleaner application to get balm on the hard to reach areas without the mess. This is good to use when waking up, after a workout, or before bed. The balm stick is also designed to target specific areas of the body that need a little extra care. For example, you can use it on larger areas of the body like your thighs or back.

Cooling Gels with CBD

The cooling gel is formulated to give you the basis for creating a more mindful wellness routine. It has a cooling feeling because of the Menthol and also has Arnica in it. You can apply it after a hard work out hard, or a long run. Use it anywhere you want a targeted, rapid cooling effect. 

Roll-Ons with CBD

The roll-on features a lavender essential oil aromatherapy blend. It is a little larger than a chapstick, so it is transportable. It is focused on essential oils, Lavender to calm and center the mind and body. It is more of a liquid than a cream and has a metal roller ball at the tip for a no-mess application. You can use it on pressure points, temples, forehead, wrists, or any smaller area of the body that needs more consideration.
