    So surprised! Thank you!

    I’ve had trouble with both falling AND staying asleep for years due to some trauma that occurred during night hours. I’ve done years of therapy, use good sleep hygiene, somatic practices, meditations etc. There has been improvement, but not uninterrupted sleep that lets me wake up refreshed. This is different. I used one the first night and two the second. That’s my sweet spot. I fall asleep AND a stay asleep for almost eight hours. Thank you, thank you!
