I hereby grant Charlotte’s Web, Inc. (the “Company”), and its employees, agents and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to use my testimonial, name, likeness, photograph, video, audio, and any material that I have provided or that has been created in relation to my testimonial (collectively, the “Materials”) for any lawful marketing, promotional, public relations, educational, or other business purposes, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all Materials will become the property of the Company and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Company to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Materials for any lawful purpose, and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Materials.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Company and its employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action for any libel, invasion of privacy, or any other claim arising our of the use, modification, or alteration of the Materials, and for any other liability incurred in connection with the use of such Materials. which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
