There are two ways to start your subscription:
Create an account by clicking "Sign-In" at the top of any page on charlottesweb.com, then select "Create an Account." Enter your information then click Submit. Now, start shopping!
When selecting the flavor and/or product size on any product page, select "Subscribe and Save" and choose the frequency before adding the product to your cart. When you check out, you'll need to create an account with a password to complete your subscription order.

Once you have selected the product you’d like to subscribe to, select the frequency of your subscription – every 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months or 3 months. Your initial order will be processed within one business day of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order.

To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log into your Charlotte's Web account and click the "My Credit Cards" tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your credit card information. After making changes to your credit card in the "My Credit Card" tab, you'll need to associate that card with your subscription. To do so, click the "My Product Subscriptions" tab and associate your credit card to your subscription.

Add, remove or update your address information. After making changes to your address in the "Address Book" tab, you'll need to associate that address with your subscription. To do so, click the "My Product Subscriptions" tab and associate your address to your subscription.

All orders ship with ground service for free.

Yes! You earn Charlotte's Web Reward Points on both one-time purchase and subscription orders. Reward Points earned from subscriptions can only be redeemed on non-subscription product purchases. Rewards Points cannot be redeemed to an order with a combination of one-time purchases + subscription order in the cart. Use your reward points to try new products or flavors before starting another subscription. We suggest redeeming your points at regular intervals, as they expire 365 days after earning them.

- Click on the "My Account" option in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the "My Product Subscriptions" options in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the options of your choice to Skip, Pause, Change Frequency or Cancel active.

- Click on the "My Product Subscriptions" options in the left-hand menu.
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
- A message will then state, "Your Subscription has been updated". This means you have successfully cancelled your subscription.

You can checkout with ShopRunner on new subscription orders, but not for every recurring subscription order. Since it’s a subscription, the recurring charges go through SubscribePro, in which case all orders are ground, not 2-day.

- Cannot combine other promotions, discounts, or limited-time offerings in addition to the autoship discount.
- Bundles and bulk products that are already discounted are not available for subscription.
