Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law. All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration and entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.
The 250th Giveaway Event: Win One of Five $250 Gift Cards (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (“Eligible Territory”) who are 21 years of age or older, per applicable hemp-derived product laws, except employees of Charlotte’s Web, Inc., Sweepstakes prize suppliers, participating advertisers, and their immediate family members and household members. “Immediate family members” include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and any persons residing in the same household.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Charlotte’s Web, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
How to Enter
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Mountain Time (“MT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm MT on July 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
Entry Methods
Participants may enter via the following methods:
- Purchase Entry (Optional)
- Spend $100 or more in a single transaction at www.charlottesweb.com.
- Eligible customers will be prompted at checkout to enter the Sweepstakes.
- Entry is optional and not required to complete purchase.
- Refer-a-Friend Entry
- Successfully refer a friend using the Charlotte’s Web Refer-a-Friend program via website or post-checkout experience.
- A referral is considered valid when the referred friend completes a qualifying action as defined by the program.
- Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
- Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

- Mail-in entries must be received by 5:00 pm MT, July 31, 2026.
Limit: Two (2) entries per person/email address per method of entry during the Entry Period.
Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entry methods provide equal chances of winning.
Prize, Prize Conditions & Selection of Winners
Five (5) winners will be selected at random, via random number generator from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026.
Each winner will receive:
- One (1) $250 Charlotte’s Web gift card
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $250
- Total ARV of all prizes: $1,250
Prizes:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law)
- Subject to applicable terms and conditions of use
Winner Notification & Prize Claim
Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of notification.
- If a winner does not respond or cannot be reached, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or outdated contact information.
Restrictions and Limitations of Liability
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- Technical or network failures
- Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes
Participation is at entrant’s own risk. Prizes are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind.
Disqualification and Penalties
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Uses multiple accounts or fraudulent methods
- Attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes
Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, on an individual basis only. Entrants may participate via virtual/telephonic proceedings, as permissible. Entrants waive the right to participate in class actions.
Colorado law governs these Terms and Conditions, excluding state consumer protection statutes that are non-waivable.
Tax Responsibility
Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes, which are winners’ responsibility.
Additional Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. To the extent that such modifications materially affect entrants' rights or expectations, Sponsor will provide reasonable notice to entrants. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
